Quick lunchtime session for me. After the doom & gloom forcast of "summer
is over" it was a lovely hot sunny day :)
Got duped by the fairly onshore wind feeling stronger on the beach than it
was on the sea (should've known, it always is like that...). As were most
others. Chanced rigging a 5.4 and using the Evo, but really not enough
wind. Got much better after letting off a good few clicks of downhaul, but
still not enough.
As I didn't have long, though it best to start again with bigger kit so it
was 6.4m and the Bee, just as the wind picked right up to easily 5.5m
weather... Oh well, a very exciting second session ensued, very powered up
over a now extremely rampy sea. Actually really really good fun, so no
regrets even if it really was the wrong kit (again).
